Ordering

We accept orders by phone, fax, mail, and email.
The advantage of written orders is that they prevent possible misunderstandings in communication.
When ordering, please include the product number, name, color, quantity, and any other requirements for shipping, surface treatment, or special services.

Minimum quantity

Please contact us, as the minimum quantity varies depending on the product.
Examples: 100 m spool of chain, 25 m or 50 m leather cord, 1 pair of pliers.

Delivery terms

Prices are ex works Jablonec nad Nisou, excluding VAT.
Prices are subject to change; we will inform you of any changes by email or telephone.
We import our goods directly from foreign manufacturers. This allows us to keep our prices low in the long term.

Delivery times, shipping

We ship items in stock within 2 business days of receiving your order by cash on delivery or after payment of the invoice, which we will send you in advance by email.
For items that we have to order from the manufacturer, we will inform you of the delivery time individually.
You can also pick up the goods in person at our store.
When you visit us in person, you will also see how wide our range of products is. We offer more than 1,400 items of jewelry.
